Trout Creek Lodge is your group's premier getaway nestled in the mountains of Winter Park. Boasting six large bedrooms, three lounge areas, a high-end kitchen, wrap around panoramic deck, private hot tub (and more!) this home is sure to please everyone in your group.
Enter Trout Creek Lodge and take in the thoughtful layout and stylish furnishings throughout the space. Split over three floors, this home features multiple communal areas and room layouts that caters to a range of group sleeping options. On the main level, you will find a large modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a bar that seats 10, plus a custom made log dining table (seats 14). From the dining area, find the bright and airy main level lounge with fireplace, flat screen TV, and entrance to the sweeping outdoor deck and gas grill. Ready to rest easy? head to the Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, Third King Suite, or King + Bunk Suite with Twin/Twin bunk beds on main level. Or, the Bunk Suite with four sets of Full/Full bunks and Fifth King Suite on lower level. All of the main level bedrooms have walk out access to the main level, wrap-around deck.
The upper level, also known as The Birds Nest, is one of the two special teen or tween dream zones. Accessed by a spiral staircase, this upper level loft overlooks the main living area designed to be its own little palace. The Birds Nest also has a full sized shuffle board table, card table, full bathroom, and its own little lounge (AKA The Snug) with flat screen TV and DVD player.
Make your way down to the lower level of the home, and get ready for dream zone number two. This expansive floor has been fully redesigned to feature a laundry room (with a double set of washer/dryers), second kitchen and bar, stocked game room with a scramble slide, pool table, foosball, air hockey, plus a movie lounge with huge flat screen TV with surround sound and fireplace. From this level, step out onto the lower level patio, to be greeted by a large private hot tub and forest views. Finally, the oversized garage offers parking for two cars plus ski & gear storage and boot warmers to get all your gear and dry.

- Please note, this home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.

The house has a lot to offer. It's very roomy with plenty of space for a large extended family. The service and support by WPLC was great. The kids loved the lower level play room. The only down side is the house needs better up keep and the little things aren't up to the price you pay. The furniture is pretty run down. Little things such as no hangers, cheap towels are a real miss. Our refrigerator was also leaking and would freeze things on the lower level that we had to throw out. The lower level games were also very worn and didn't work well.

The check-in process was super smooth and the property was much bigger than the photos suggested! Everything was clean and the check-out process was very easy as well. Overall we had an amazing time and everyone loved the property!

The property and property management were great. Many amenities were provided such as extra toilet paper, dish and clothes soap, etc. LOVED the area and the fact that we could sled down the driveway. We got to see 2 Moose right in front of house. The management service was timely in response but bathroom shower faucet issue was not fixed even though maintenance said they fixed it.
The very big negative for us was that the TV's were very old. They had limited channels with no way to stream or even do close captioning. Very disappointed in a home of this price range to have the antique set up when it doesn't cost much to provide smart TV's for a family moving night. The temps got very low so we were stuck inside watching commercials on the Disney or Animal planet channel.
