This is a lovely rental unit, perfect for 2 adults. We found it to be clean, well-stocked, and seemingly freshly painted. The location is great for WP exploration. All possible questions were answered either by the property managers or the owner himself prior to arrival. Access to a garage was a bonus as it allowed us to leave our bikes when not used. Lastly, we appreciated the extra hummingbird water left in the fridge. They are certainly active!

Clean and spacious. Lots of new furniture and kitchen equipment. Mountain views from the living room and the deck plus a spot in the parking garage during ski season are great. Best 1 bedroom rental I’ve ever experienced.

We stayed here with our 9 year old for a quick ski weekend at Winter Park Resort. It was the perfect spot! Close to everything, a quick drive to the resort. It was plenty of space for the 3 of us! Very clean, and covered parking. We would definitely stay here again!
