The Cocoonr agency offers you this apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, facing the main Sillon beach, with a breathtaking sea view, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a surface area of 40 m², and accommodation capacity for 2 guests. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a high-end building, it also includes a private garage in the basement.
The apartment features a lovely living space with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with sea view, and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels). Your bed will be made up for your arrival.

• Sea-view living room with sofa and TV, opening onto a balcony with a table and two chairs

Great beach view location for easy access to the sand and the town. The bed is two singles put together and they separated during the night making it a little uncomfortable. Not a very comfortable couch and needs to include directions for the induction cooktop. No blinds on any windows and shutters work only in bedroom. Loved the security and quietness of neighbors."

Le Grand Sillon "Great view of the beach.
🙂 The location and view were excellent. The apartment had good facilities.
🙁 The shower was not cleaned properly. A used bar of soap was left on the bathroom vanity and a dental pick in the wardrobe. It would be helpful if there was some information in the apartment re location of supermarket etc."

"Le Grand Sillon Great location. Wonderful well equipped apartment. responsive hosts. Slight plumbing issue that hosts responded to. Parking was absolutely necessary. Would be better with Wi Fi."
