About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Saint-Malo, opposite the large Sillon beach, with stunning sea views and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), measuring 40 m² and accommodating 2 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift) of a luxury block, it features a secure underground garage. It comprises a lovely living area with a lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with sea views, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An entrance hall with a cupboard and wardrobe.
- A lovely living room with sea views, a sofa and a TV
- A dining area with a table and four chairs
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.
- A bedroom with sea views, featuring a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine.
Outdoor areas:
- A lovely balcony with a table and two chairs.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars, and the Rocabey market – a 10-minute walk away – which takes place every Thursday and Saturday. A beautiful location, facing the main beach at Saint-Malo with sea views, where you can admire the ebb and flow of the tides.
- The historic ‘Intramuros’ town centre is less than a 10-minute walk away, with all its shops, restaurants, bars, clothes shops and souvenir shops…
- A mini-market 500 metres away
- Walks, sports and other activities are all within easy reach.
- You can also enjoy the SAINT-MALO MARINE SPA, a 15-minute walk away, as well as gourmet restaurants and local shops.

Great beach view location for easy access to the sand and the town. The bed is two singles put together and they separated during the night making it a little uncomfortable. Not a very comfortable couch and needs to include directions for the induction cooktop. No blinds on any windows and shutters work only in bedroom. Loved the security and quietness of neighbors."

Le Grand Sillon "Great view of the beach.
🙂 The location and view were excellent. The apartment had good facilities.
🙁 The shower was not cleaned properly. A used bar of soap was left on the bathroom vanity and a dental pick in the wardrobe. It would be helpful if there was some information in the apartment re location of supermarket etc."

"Le Grand Sillon Great location. Wonderful well equipped apartment. responsive hosts. Slight plumbing issue that hosts responded to. Parking was absolutely necessary. Would be better with Wi Fi."
