**Mariner West will be modernizing their elevator beginning November 1, 2026, until approximately December 31, 2026. Guests will not have access to an elevator during this time and must take the stairs to access floors 2-6. Dates are subject to change. Prices have already been adjusted to account for any inconvenience this may cause.**
Mariner West is a small, quiet complex located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.
This 2nd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, with tile flooring throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. There is also a spacious living area with pullout sofa and comfortable recliners, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. Relax on your large, private covered balcony overlooking the gulf. Perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation!

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.

Room was clean, the view was great! The only negative thing was the elevator was down and was still in non working condition when we left. I have stayed at Mariner West many times over the years and this is the first time that the elevator was down. I really like this area, more calm on the lower grand.

The Mariner is our favorite place to stay. This unit was exactly as described. It was equipped with everything we needed. The recliners were incredible. I have a bad back and can't sleep in a bed. It was very clean and comfortable. Looking to return in August and October.

Relaxing & comfortable.we have stayed at mariner west about six times. We stayed at commodoreabout four times & seaside villas twice.we like mariners gulf views and beach access.

We loved the location. Getting down to the beach was easy and elevators were fast! The pool deck was clean and so was the pool. We feel that the room wasn't adequately described. It's very dated and could have been cleaner. We will definitely stay in this building again but we will probably look for a different room.
