This top floor (6th) condo is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. This unit has 2 queen beds in master with a full attached bath and flat screen TV. There is a spacious living room with flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying the sunsets. This unit has a full laundry room across from the front door of the condo. The large/deep balcony always has shade and sun! Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. This complex is about a 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 1 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.

We loved the condo. It was clean, well stocked and was very close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave.

The condo was ok. I didn’t appreciate the cigar smoke from the balcony next door. The pool, beach and State Park were nice. —The hallways and stairwells of the building were very dirty. There was crusted garbage goop on the walls by each garbage shoot. I told the maintenance people of a sticky mess on the stairwell floor, it was never cleaned. Elevator trapped some people for 45 minutes.
