The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.
This 2nd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring LVP throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated cabinetry & stainless-steel appliances, a spacious living area with pullout sofa and comfortable recliner, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. We have been staying at Mariner for 15 years. We usually stay at East. To us, it seems nicer/ cleaner. West has support beams holding up the structure that was very concerning. We booked a trip with West a little over a week before arriving & booked first available condo. We do however prefer mariner east or west over any place in Pcb. Atmosphere and beach is very family friendly and away from the big crowds. The condo was okay. Was not very clean. Had nat bugs flying all over. If you are staying at this condo, make sure you bring your own blow dryer and iron/ironing board if needed. Iron didn’t work well and ironing board had a broken leg. Overall I’d give the condo a solid 5/10.
