This beautiful beachfront condo is conveniently located in the Mariner East complex right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. No waiting at elevators or climbing stairs to get to this unit or out to the beach. Unit has a master bedroom with king bed and bathroom, separate bunk room with bottom full bed and top twin bed, a hallway bathroom and a sleeper sofa - sleeps 6 people. This unit also has its own full laundry room directly across from the front door its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels
Feel safe and secure when you walk off the patio into the fenced yard area and shuffle board patio. From here you can go into the fenced pool area or go out the fence to the beach. Perfect for families with small children or the elderly. Our condo offers the perfect combination - the convenience of a first floor unit in a smaller complex with the amenities of an upscale condominium. Mariner East is close to St. Andrews State Park and minutes away from 1 million sq ft of shopping at Pier Park. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older.

The location of this condo is the best... Quiet beaches but still close to all the things our family loves. Being on the first floor of the building is the best. So easy to come and go from the room. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room. I understand that this is a beach condo but the floors could use a good scrubbing in-between stays.

From the first time we opened the door and every time after it has a strong musty old smell. There was mold on the walls up around the air vents the door frame was full of mold. Says great for seniors or kids but No safety bar in showers. The furniture was very dark walls painted dark needs some TLC with decorating and cleaning. We travel a lot but this was the first time ever we have been disappointed with a place we stayed at. We didn’t contact the owner because how is she going to take care of these problems quickly. The complex was nice and clean. Beach view beautiful and close to pool.
