Beautiful ground floor beachfront condo that is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida. No waiting at elevators or climbing stairs to get to this unit or out to the beach. Unit has king sized bed in master with flat screen TV. There is a double/twin bunk bed in the bunk room....so along with sleeper sofa - sleeps 6 people. The condo has beautiful Sunbrella furniture with sofa with a comfortable 6 inch mattress, and a large flat screen TV in living room. Feel safe and secure when you walk off the patio into the fenced yard area and shuffle board patio. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Some sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased on the beach. From the condo you can go into the fenced pool area or go out the fence to the beach. Perfect for families with small children or seniors. This condo offers the perfect combination - the convenience of a first floor unit in a smaller complex with the amenities of an upscale condominium. Mariner East is close to St. Andrews State Park and minutes away from 1 million sq ft of shopping at Pier Park. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older.

This condo is perfect for a single/small family! It’s very very family oriented, quiet no rift raft. The beach is literally right out your door. I loved it so much. I will definitely rent again.

We loved this condo! Nice king bed with attached bathroom. The bunk closet is bigger and more private with sliding doors. Perfect for teens! Loved the ability to run in and go bathroom and get drinks/snacks and go right back out to the pool and beach a few feet away. Smaller complex which we love allows you to park and bring you stuff in and out easily. I would stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this exact property. We LOVE IT!! The pool and beach are just steps from your ground floor condo. We have never had any complaints. This is a quiet little secret getaway spot that will definitely keep you happy!!

Condo was located on first floor, few steps to beach and pool. The enclosed area was perfect for our kids to play while we relaxed on the patio. The view was great and we enjoyed shelling on the beach in the mornings. Kitchen was equipped with all essentials (except a sufficient amount of kitchen towels). Washer/dryer right across room was very convenient (need a laundry basket). Plenty of beach toys and equipment provided. Only negatives were the cleanliness upon arrival (which was addressed quickly) and minor maintenance work/updates needed- (which include: replacing stained/worn furniture and fixing minor cosmetic issues- such as: the broken refrigerator drawers, toilet paper holder, and repairing shower drains to both bathrooms). We would definitely consider returning, but would like to see updates made.
