You have the opportunity to have an exceptional luxury beach get-a-way in this spectacular condo on the 16th floor at Watercrest. It is artfully decorated and beautifully furnished with high top dining table with seating for six plus seating for two more at the kitchen island. This gourmet kitchen is yours to enjoy with all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and nice counter tops. All three bathrooms are nicely appointed, both masters with tub shower combos and the the third with tub and shower combination. All with cultured marble counter tops and tile surrounds. There are two master suites with king size beds and the third bedroom has two full size beds. Both masters have large sliding glass doors that allow an amazing view of the ocean from the 16th floor! The balcony is furnished with ample seating so everyone can enjoy the views of the Gulf as it is truly amazing from this balcony. From sunrise to sunset, as far as you can see East and West, you will be astounded with the views!
Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickel ballcourts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racketball court and exercise room.

There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo. This property surprised me and exceeded my expectations. I've paid substantially more for condos in the general area and this one was nicer. We were visiting during the height of spring break and this property was a hidden refuge away from all of that. Elevators were fast , never a long wait.

We stayed at watercrest 1607 for 7 days. We were able to get into the room earlier than 4 which was awesome. Upon arrival everything seemed cleaned. The view was excellent the outdoor patio furniture was nice. On the down side the beds were very uncomfortable. The couch had an odor I could not sit on it. In the master bedroom on the right the comforter had a stain. The cleaners did not check the microwave because there was an old cup of coffee with cream left from previous guest. The furniture was out dated. Watercrest was nice overall. They kept the pool up. Overall we had a good stay. Probably would not be a repeat customer do to the condo comfortably.
