Location of the property was excellent. Photos of the property on the website were excellent and gave a good impression of what to expect. Mattresses need to be replaced on both queen size beds. Overall, we had a wonderful time here.

Great little cottage! Absolutely loved the screened in little porch with the ocean view. Perfect on a rainy day:)

My family and I (including our Golden Retriever) had the best vacation ever. Jenny was an excellent host who made every step of the process a breeze. The house is located in the perfect spot too. Right on the beachfront for instant access to the ocean, a short walk to all that Dewey Beach town has to offer, and a very short drive to explore Rehoboth boardwalk. The house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could need. Even though dogs are allowed the property was extremely quiet and relaxing. The only bad part of our vacation was that it ended.
