Unit includes one master bedroom (queen bed) with a master bath. One bedroom with one twin bunk bed another twin bed. Another bedroom includes a full bed and a twin bed. Condo is located on the second floor. 2 parking spaces.
This condo is located a few steps away from the beach, on Dagsworthy Street. You are in the center of many activities such as bonfires, movie nights on the beach, fine dining, bars, and it is only three miles away from outlet shopping, tax-free!
Tenants must bring beach/bath towels.
50% of total rental cost is required to reserve the unit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival you need to pay in full.
3% Tax + $145 Cleaning.

Very convenient to everything, beds comfortable, clean. Only problem was that hot tub was listed in description, but it was incorrect, no hot tub on premises.

The house was very good and perfect for our 4th of july week with buddies. The location was amazing in the heart of Dewey, and was a cozy spot.

First the pluses: The location is very close to the beach. The unit's 3 BR and 2 BA size is generous and a good size for a family vacation. The minuses: The living room couches are extremely uncomfortable. There is no dish drainer in case you want to wash some dishes by hand. The master bed is also uncomfortable. And worst (for me) is that there is a place that hold live band concerts a block away that is highly audible from the master bedroom. Unless you plan to go to those concerts, don't plan to get any sleep in that room until they are over.
Overall, this worked out okay, but I wouldn't go back a second time.
