*Upgraded Floor Plan: During initial construction buyers had the ability to choose from three different floor plans for the 2nd level area over the garage. Basic was an open deck, medium upgrade was a screened-in deck, and the top upgrade was an enclosed sunroom, enlarging the kitchen area by about a third. This townhouse has the top upgrade with a larger island and more contiguous space for family gathering.

Located only 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on 3 sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day & breathtaking views at Sunset. Facilities include Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, shoreline Walking Paths, Bayside Beaches, Interactive Fountains, and much more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk & world class golf.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in.
Building Registration Fee: $200 gets you 6 pool & 3 parking passes. Additional weekly pool passes are $75 per pass, per person. Clamshell (i.e. street) parking passes are $75, maximum of one per house. A Clamshell pass is recommended and will provide more space for moving in and out of the garage with beach toys and using the outside shower.

We had a wonderful week at Sunset Island. We have stayed at several rental properties in the neighborhood, but this was one of the best! David is very communicative, his house is well stocked with the essentials for cooking and beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys), and most importantly- clean!! We had plenty of space with 5 kids and 6 adults. We will be returning next summer!

We had a wonderful stay in Sunset Island! David was great to work with and make the whole process seamless. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The kids loved the pool and beach within Sunset Island. We also loved the beach chairs and pool/beach items that were available so we didn’t need to pack our own. It was walkable to all of our favorite places, and the amenities within the community (like the market) made a quick coffee & breakfast convenient. We look forward to renting again when we come back to OCMD.

Entering David’s home was like entering our home. It was cheerful, tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. A perfect place for family gatherings.The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of glasses, dishes, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils. The extras included a crock pot, griddleand hand mixer. The comfortable beds were made up with clean linens and comforters. Our family enjoyed the location of the home coupled with the quietness of the street.Thank you David for sharing your lovely home with us. We look forward to spending another week on Sunset Island relaxing in your home.
