About this house rental
Come get your beach on at 16 Corner Store Lane! Five bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a sunny day at the beach. You can pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided! All seven televisions are SMART TV'S and Comcast Cable is also available on Level 2 in one of our two Living Rooms! Venture beyond to experience the luxury of both an outdoor and indoor pool, offering the ideal blend of sun-drenched serenity and year-round aquatic enjoyment.
Traveling with friends or family? We also rent 18 Corner Store Lane, which is perfect for large families vacationing together that need two rentals!
Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Double bed & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen, two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail. Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Double bed & TV, Bedroom Three offers a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private balcony!
GRILL for the grill master in the family! Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid. Grilling utensils will be available for use.
Walk to Sweet Frog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Kite Loft, Longboards, Mione's Pizza!

A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!
Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

Wonderful home and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Our only 2 disappointments are that we were really looking forward to using the pool; however, we were not aware that it was closed for the season. Secondly, we had a very long travel day and were exhausted. Upon arrival, we realized that the bed linens were left at the front door for us to put on ourselves. We had never been to a VRBO previously where we had to make our own beds. Overall, though, a great stay.

EXCELLENT! The home was extremely clean and very well decorated, updated, and appointed. Stevi was very responsive and in contact with us throughout the week about minor items and any questions we had. The neighbors were even very nice and welcoming! This is the second time we’ve rented this unit as a multi-generational family, and we’ll be back again!! Love the location, also!

My family loves Sunset Isand it was very clean. Other family members stayed in another house on the island and the refrigerator didn't work. The couches were nasty. The stove halfway worked and we didn't have any issues. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Property, location, and community were all clean and wonderful. Our only complaint was a lack of furniture for clothing storage in 2 of the bedrooms. Overall great stay!
