The Space:
Welcome to Bella By The Bay! This gorgeous townhouse boasts beautiful bay views from the exterior covered porches and is just a short stroll to all the amazing amenities Sunset Island has to offer. The exclusive Sunset Island boasts top-notch amenities, including three private beaches, an all-season clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, seasonal indoor and outdoor pools, a fishing and crabbing pier, and a local shop and eatery. A four-story masterpiece, your designer townhome features high-end finishes at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with expansive butcher-block counter space. Four plush bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half baths create a comfortable layout for the whole family. Three southern-exposure porches provide space for fresh breezes, the top two of which enjoy sunset views of Assawoman Bay. Every room comes equipped with its own smart TV and the home features a stylish lounge area, ideal for enjoying game night or fun movies with the family. Additional perks include central A/C, a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and high-speed WiFi - perfect for streaming, remote learning, and Zoom calls. A two-car garage adds convenience. Plus enjoy the use of beach cruiser bikes, luxurious beach loungers, and many other special amenities during your stay. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150. Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Home is very well furnished all around (kitchen, garage (beach amenities), furniture, smart tvs). No complaints and close proximity to pool/beach is great. Minor service needed here and there which is expected for beach house (ex: slow drains in most used shower).

We spent 4th of July week here with family who were staying in another house down the street. Everyone loved the location, house, and amenities. This is a fabulous place for family get together. We are already talking about making this an annual event. I have a few recommendations to make the stay better. Parking is a problem if you have oversized vehicles. They offer street parking - termed clamshell parking - but you need a pass. There were more than 25 people waiting for a pass in front of me! It was not clearly stated that you need to or should make a reservation early for them. A couple of minor things need to be fixed. No water in the outside shower and the front door would not lock. But these issues did not put a damper on a wonderful week.

Residence was well appointed. Very spacious and can tell a lot of care was put into the decorating.

Everything was great except broken washer, dishwasher and microwave. I would stay again if these items function.
