Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

The Townhouse was amazing equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of seating inside/outside as well. Located in a nice, friendly, and safe neighborhood. It's also located near great restaurant, shopping and near all the events and vendors during OC Bike Week. The property manager was always available whenever I had a question or needed them. My family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property looking forward to staying again see you next year. The Skinner's and Family

Everything was great. The unit was well stocked and beds comfortable. Lovely gated community. The Management Company was very responsive and easy to work with. Look forward to returning.
