Everything matched the description. The bus stops right on 67th and coastal highway which was ideal for heading to the boardwalk.

Excellent location! Home is well-equipped and comfortable with lots of space for two families of 6 to spread out. The porch overlooking the corner store is the sweetest spot. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first year staying at this property and in Sunset Island. The community had a lot of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, bay access, gym and cafes. Pools were quite warm and had nothing above 5 feet. Bay area was nice but filled quickly. This property was very well kept and clean. Property owner was extremely easy to communicate with and always responded to questions promptly. They had beach chairs, family board games, roku tv in all rooms and a coffee pot for everyone (kerig, nespresso and OG). The biggest issue we had was parking. The parking pad is very small. Our group had all SUVs and struggled through the week getting in and out of vehicles and loading and unloading cars. There are also a lot of steps. If you have elderly family members consider this. A few property suggestions we had were a porch swing and outdoor fan. Also lower mattresses on twin beds. 2 couples had issues staying in that room getting up into the beds and having standard sheets fit. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend this property to other large families!
