The 1st floor has private den w/queen sleeper sofa half bath & laundry room. 2nd floor has a large open kitchen w/granite countertop plus family room & half bath. Bay view deck off the kitchen. 3rd floor has primary suite w/king bed & large full bathroom - double sinks shower & soaking tub.

Beautiful location. The street looked the the set of a Hallmark movie. Nice amenities had a great time. House was as advertised . The owners might do a solid by replacing the 1st floor pull out sofa that is a complete waste of sleep space. The pullout was totally unusable for sleeping just put a double bed mattress for guest to have more comfortable sleep space as nobody os using that room for anything else .

This townhouse was spacious for a big group. Close to pool and beach. Loved the view. Beds adequately comfortable. It was a little lacking in cleanliness, as we had to wipe out drawers and cabinets before using. Overall the unit worked well for our group.

Over all was okay……didn’t like that any extra passes for swimming pool cost extra.
