▪︎ Long-Term - between October 1 to April 30, any rentals over thirty days (30) pay the
flat fee of Townhouse: $400
☞ Your Amenities Package will include 6 Guest Passes and 3 Parking Passes - Additional passes may be purchased for $75 each
☞ Day Pass Options may be available during your stay - see clubhouse for day pass options.
**Please inform the Clubhouse if you have an oversized truck or SUV so they can provide the appropriate parking pass for your vehicle size**

It was wonderful! The host was extremely communicative with the million questions we had. The property had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for a family with children as all the amenities are a short walk away. The community the house sits in has all you need and is safe and friendly. Would love to stay again !

This property was amazing and great for our family. The home was clean and well equipped. We had encountered issues with the internet and the tv during our stay and the owner took care of the issue immediately. The owner communicated greatly with us and made sure everything was up to our expectation upon arrival. The only thing I would like to have seen different were more bath towels and beach towels, especially for out of towners.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Serafima's house. It's spacious and well appointed. Serafima is very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend it. Hope to see you next year!
