This property suited our family perfectly. The townhouse layout is great... big open area on main living level (2nd floor) and the 5 bedrooms were great. 4 1/2 bathrooms made it easy with the 11 people we had. The home is well equipped for cooking, playing board games, watching movies, and just hanging out.
We also spent time on all 3 bay beaches and both outdoor and indoor pools.

The house is bright, clean and beachy!! They have everything you need there and even had kayaks to enjoy!! The views are amazing! Sunset is gorgeous! The only down side is the distance to the beach which wasn’t a huge deal.

This 5 bdrm, 5 bath condo with 2 balconies was just wonderful. The view of the water and sunsets was great. The kitchen was stocked so well -(more than advertised!) we were impressed. Plenty of glasses and plates and cooking pots/pans for our group of 9. Big fridge and one in the garage (we didn't use it). Two living and 2 dining areas.
We didn't order the unit with linens which was a hassle, but still a good decision for us. The washer and dryer were perfect. There were beach chairs, toys and most important, a wheeled cart for beach transport. The garage was tight for two cars but manageable. We didn't use the grill, but it looked like it was in great condition. The beds pillows and blankets were good. I would probably remove some of the decor especially with families, but we put aside anything that looked breakable for our stay. There were so many tvs! I think we used 2. We love the facilities- the beach, the ability to get food and drinks on the beach and at the pool, the pathways, the second small beach, and of course all of the family activities all around. Ocean City handles traffic and parking very well.
We did have a minor issue with not enough parking passes issued, but the staff handled it quickly and well. In fact all of the staff at the pool, restaurant, in the building, and grounds, were friendly and helpful. It was our second time at Sunset Island and would def. go back and def. want the same unit.

Sunset Island is a great place to stay, has a family feel and you have everything you need right in the neighborhood. Close to the beach and restaurants within walking distance.
