As soon as you enter this beautiful condo you will be blown away by breathtaking views of Ocean, lagoon, marina and City of the Honolulu lights. This place is all about the views! You can see ocean, beach and marina views from every room.
New remodel completed in August 2021.
Fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals with a perfect view. Gorgeous views from every room. It is perfect for families or couples.
One of the best views of the ocean, located in the prime "corner" stack! Unobstructed views of both the lagoon & yacht harbor makes this the perfect unit to catch the Friday night fireworks off the Duke Kahanamoku lagoon. This condo just completed a renovation of the kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances! The flooring was also replaced with a luxury vinyl, making it easy to keep the floors clean. The condo can comfortably sleep 6, with a King bed in the master bedroom and 2-twin beds in the guest bedroom and sofa that can be arranged to a bed. The kitchen is open and furnished, with a great view towards Ala Moana. You'll love relaxing and unwinding on the two spacious lanais, one off the guest bedroom and the other off the master bedroom. You'll have the best views at the Ilikai Hotel! Cable TV & FREE high speed internet access with password protected WIFI
The Ilikai is an iconic building and you will fall in love with this hotel as soon as you enter open air lobby that features waterfalls, beautiful trees, fire torches that are lid up every night and many seating areas to enjoy beautiful ocean or sunset. There is an Aroma Coffee Shop, famous Cinnamon's Restaurant, convenience store and many other small shops in the lobby of the Ilikai.
Guests will be able to enjoy two separate pools on the property. Friday night Hula show and Aloha Friday fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village just next door.
I live only block away and pretty much always available. Will provide my assistant's phone number before arrival.
The Ilikai is located between the 5 star Hilton Hawaiian Village and the wonderful Ala Moana Beach Park. There are dozens of restaurants, shops and attractions within easy walking distance, including the Hilton Village. Convention Centre is within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publicly in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all!
Ilikai Building is in a prime location next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and few minutes’ walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki strip and many restaurant, beaches and attractions. Many of our guests choose not to get a car since everything is located just few steps away and Uber and taxi services are available 24 hours. There is a bus stop as well as Biki (new bike sharing services throughout Honolulu) station just outside of Ilikai Building.
If you decide to make a trip around the Island there are many rental car agencies located in Waikiki and Advantage Car Rental Company is located at the lobby of Ilikai.
If you choose to rent your own car there are few parking options:
1. Valet parking is $28/day with in and out privileges
2. Self-parking at Ilikai Marina Building next door is $23/day with in and out privileges.
3. There is free parking behind the building but not always available, sometimes you have to wait to park...

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.
AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.
Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.
Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy.

Stayed in this Ilikia several times, peaceful quiet. Only thing at this particular property if you’re older the showers are a little tricky to get in and out. Could use another handrail. I did reach out about extra wash clothes but never heard back. But all in all lovely place, lovely location.would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ilikai. The apartment was lovely and exactly how it appears in the photos. It was well equipped and very clean. The resort and it's amentities were fabulous. We would definetly like to come bank again!

During this trip we traveled to several islands and stayed in many locations. Parking was easy two buildings over (since we did not pay for valet parking). The views from the unit were amazing with the marina and the ocean. My wife and I spend time on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning reflecting and planning our days. The property was clean and just enough space for our family. The only critical part was the couch that reconfigures into a queen bed. While that is technically true, the configuration was not very comfortable. That being said, our 8 and 10 year old slept on the reconfigured couch with no complaints. Most important was location since we were visiting HI to be outside!!!
