The building will also be working on the windows for this stack from 10/5/2026 - 10/16/2026. During this time, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The overall building project is currently anticipated to be completed in April 2027

To begin with we were worried about the recent weather and flooding. Our host was responsive and accommodating to our concerns. We made the decision to “go”! Check in and check out were seamless. The apartment was a treat .. 3 views , including an ocean sneak peek view. We chose valet @45 a day, so worth it! The attendants were courteous and professional.The location was in close proximity to beach, restaurants, Whole Foods. Diamond Head.My only “wish” … extra beach towels

Cute condo. The beds couch and pillows are not to our needs. If you have back or hip issues these are going to totally aggravate them. Otherwise place was fine.

Unfortunately there was construction going on in an adjacent unit the entire time we were there. It was extremely loud! I was also disappointed that it was stated that there was a washer and dryer in the premises. There was, but it was a pay per load unit down the hall. The location was great. For the price, I would have chosen differently.
