This unit's lanai is scheduled to be closed Dec 14, 2026–Mar 4, 2027, but will be accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. The property manager was great! Good communication. Easy check-in and check-out process. Loved the condo! Nice 2bd/2ba corner unit. Plenty of light and beautiful views of the water and sunset.This is a busy complex and so there are a lot of people going in and out of the elevators which can get congested, but it’s never too long of a wait. Dave’s ice cream is downstairs and is well worth it.The lagoon is just behind the unit and is easily accessible. Just beyond the lagoon is the beach. Beyond the docks and the rocks, there are surfers. Just wear booties if you decide to venture in that area and avoid stepping on the rocks, since it’s covered in sea urchins.

Noone wants to meet someone to check into the property. Doors were difficult to operate

View amazing! Unfortunately, there were cockroaches running along the floors, old tired mattresses, sliding doors that were not able to be working, broken beach furniture, kitchen stove and oven so outdated that it couldn’t cook anything properly. Only one burner worked well. Zero oven mitts, and one single hand towel for 6 people. It’s obvious that the pictures were taken quite a while ago because the furniture does not look as clean and when you sit on it it sinks in, the walls are dirty with scuffs and marks. The floors were very dirty with scuffs and marks none of which was shown in the pictures. If you think you’re gonna get a 4 or 5 star place with that view, you’re not. You’re getting 2 1/2 Stars with that view.
