Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building are currently in progress. Work for this unit and its stack has been completed; however, neighboring units are still undergoing repairs. Please be advised that intermittent construction noise may still occur during work hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and occasional activity may be visible or heard from nearby units. The overall building project is currently scheduled for completion sometime in 2027, though timelines are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.

First, the views are amazing. We loved having the two balconies and used both of them during different times of the day. The condo worked amazingly well for our family of five adults. I liked the sliding door idea to separate the main room from the twins. We did use the fold down bed which worked fine for a short stay. The unit was clean and the cleaning staff is doing a great job. We did have some items that we did address with the host and they responded quickly and to our satisfaction. The location was great. We walked or took an Uber.

Great view of the harbor, beautiful sunsets. The biggest struggle was with the keypad to get in. It always took at least 3 tries to get it to open.

Wonderful condo but very little to no lighting in main living area at night. As stated they supply very little in daily necessities. OK if staying for one night but ridiculous when staying a week. For the amount of money they are charging they should supply an ample number of toilet paper rolls and paper towels.

The 2 bedroom vacation rental fit our needs perfectly! It was the right size & allowed privacy for a family of 4 with two teenagers. It was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean & the city! The location was phenomenal! We walked everywhere. The hotel was calm (not too loud or busy) & easy to come & go from. We had a wonderful time & enjoyed our stay!
