The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late October 2026 through March 2027. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.
Please Note:
• The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe. (Questions? Feel free to reach out)
• The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks within that timeframe.
• Exterior balcony furniture will be removed during the affected work period.

The kitchen was Fully equipped like said. The fireworks were great on Friday. I had a blast staying in the unit.

The kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. Drinking glasses needed! Great location and access to everything. No dresser in the second bedroom. Loved having more than one towel per person. Great amenities for going to the beach with chairs and a cooler.

We loved the unit with the beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen came in very handy. We use the laundry room and we ate breakfast in the coffee café several times. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants and walking on the beach. I would recommend staying here!
