Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard. If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
NO PARTIES:
We do not host parties as there can be extra cleaning fees determined by the cleaning crew.
Guests will be responsible for any damages or rules not followed.
Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly.

The only complaint I have is there was a smell coming from the master bedroom shower drain like a sewage smell that was loud and strong we used febreeze and had a plug in kept the door shut otherwise the whole upstairs would have an off putting smell….

The house was very nice with enough room for the 8 of us. It was supplied well for kitchen and bath. I would suggest adding plastic plates and cups if you are traveling with little ones. The owner was super quick to respond, which was awesome. The only small complaint I have is the driveway can be difficult to pull out of. The home does not sit on the mail road but it is pretty busy during rush hour. We never heard traffic, so that was nice. I would recommend this home for a large group and an awesome host.
