This (4) bedroom home has ample parking on and off the property and located only minutes from the Beach. You wont want to miss the sunset from the front patio while you enjoy your time here in Jax Beach. (No bookings under 25 years of age)

Nice home in a good location. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Toy closet for the kids was nice.

The property was very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and a quick and easy walk to the beach.We were a group of six adults, and it was nice that all four bedrooms were equally nice and suitable for adults. (Though there are also supplies and toys for kids too if you need them, I would enjoy bringing my own kids here.)The kitchen was large, well stocked, and great for preparing meals for the group while also hanging out together. The property was 0.3 miles from Publix, and also very close to a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.We really appreciated watching the sunrise from the balcony in the mornings, and we enjoyed eating dinner at the nice big table in the back yard. The balcony chairs were SO comfy.It was a leisurely 10 minute walk to the pier and beach, and it was nice to be able to go back and forth several times during the day without having to worry about parking at the beach.We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants within walking distance -- especially Relish Burger and Jax Spice Indian.The host was very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly.

Great place! Lots of space, has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach- yes walkable!
