While our priority is to insure you enjoy your stay, we ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors.
The home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near a golf course and just down the street from the Rip Curl store. A bar located across the street offers a fun option for music and drinks if you’re looking for a night out.
****Please note: The home is located NEXT to the I-5 freeway, which provides convenient access to surrounding areas but may result in some traffic noise.
Many nearby hotels and vacation rentals are located on this same street.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note:
Minimum booking age: 25
Check-in: After 4 PM (self check-in)
Check-out: By 10:30 AM
Late checkout without approval: $50 fee
No smoking (smoking fee $300)
No parties or events
Fireplace is not available for guest use
Please do not place unwashed sandy beach towels in the dryer
Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement (rearranging fee $150)
Additional fees may apply for excessive sand, stained or missing linens, or damage to household items.

A great location and great home, clean and roomy for our party, there was a welcoming wine bottle that we didn’t drink. We visited in November so we didn’t have plans for the beach or warm weather but definitely the rooftop and patio would be great in warm weather. Owners were quick to respond and very nice. Comfy beds, except for lower bunk bed which needed support. They honor military guests which was the reason of our stay. All in all great location, home and hosts!

The host was so quick on responding, really appreciated it. So nice to know we would be able to reach them quick if we needed to (We didn't) but with a no physical contact it sure was comforting to know we would have no problem reaching the owner.
