About this house rental
This lovely, modern Spanish-style James Glover-designed beach home is available for vacation rentals for those who want to experience all that San Clemente has to offer. Just a 5 minute walk to the San Clemente pier and coastal trail, and even closer to San Clemente's premier dining and retail establishments, the location of this home could not be better for your relaxing beach vacation. With partial ocean views from inside the house and a full ocean and hillside view from the rooftop deck, there are plenty of opportunities to just sit back and relax in your vacation hideaway.

Located near the heart of downtown San Clemente, the "Spanish Village by the Sea," the home is perfect for families who want to surf, spend a day at the beach, shop, or dine all within walking distance. Casa Clemente is situated among many wedding venues, including Casa Romantica, which is just two blocks away, and Casino San Clemente, just 5 minutes by car.
Stops for the free local trolley (available from Memorial Day through September) and regional trains are also a short walk away, making a car almost unnecessary even for those who want explore beyond San Clemente’s core attractions. The home is right off the I-5 in between Disneyland and Legoland, making it the ideal location for those who want to visit those attractions but still come home to a comfortable, quiet beach home.
Casa Clemente, built in 2018, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room, and a rooftop deck. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and 40” 4k smart TV is on the first level, immediately adjacent to a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. One serves as a family suite and includes one queen bed, a bunk bed nook, a 40” 4k smart TV, a full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The other is the Master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, 40” 4k smart TV, walk-in closet, French doors, and a balcony with a partial ocean view.
The family room is equipped with a surround-sound 65” 4k smart TV with Blu-ray player and streaming services. The family room’s French doors lead to the first level balcony with a partial ocean view and a two-burner propane Weber BBQ grill.
On the rooftop deck, you will find a seating area, chat table, drink cooler, Garlando outdoor foosball table, and a sunset bar. On one side, you'll have ocean views, while on the other, the San Clemente hillside.
The tandem garage fits two cars, with room for an additional car in the front driveway. The garage also has surfboard rack and a wetsuit hanging station.
Beach supplies (beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, metal detector, and ice chest) are provided.
The home has free Wifi internet access as well as hardwire Ethernet plug-ins throughout. USB charging stations for mobile devices are located in each bedroom. Stream your favorite shows or movies (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) in the family room, or any of the bedrooms.
