About this house rental
Family beach house with ocean view roof deck! Have breakfast and watch sunsets from the roof deck or the private patio with BBQ. Including all the necessities for beach fun! This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home is a short walk away from Trestles surfing, State Beach, Del Mar street. Short drive to San Diego and Disneyland. The home has 3 spacious master bedrooms with amazing beds, private patio with BBQ and fully stocked kitchen. The shared roof deck has an ocean view. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Free WiFi throughout the house.
Spacious and comfortable living room, enough space for the whole family to watch TV or play board games! Guest book and information regarding local things to do, how to get around and restaurants. 2 on-site parking spots included as well as street parking.
Full home to yourself! Enjoy the benefits of a hotel with privacy and comfort of your own home! AC in home (although you probably won't need it with the cool sea breeze). Complimentary washer and dryer in home!
If you need anything during your stay, we are available at all times. Quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store.
**This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.**
Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road.
If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches.
San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. While our priority is to insure you enjoy your stay, we ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors.

The host was so quick on responding, really appreciated it. So nice to know we would be able to reach them quick if we needed to (We didn't) but with a no physical contact it sure was comforting to know we would have no problem reaching the owner.
