Perched high in a quiet beach neighborhood, you are only steps to the sand and the San Clemente Beach Trail. San Clemente is a unique blend of chic-chic and surf culture. Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!

Host was very accommodating. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. Provided reminders before key points (check in, etc.). A great host. The place is clean, well-accommodated and very nice. Includes new appliances, quality utensils, plenty of plates and serving ware. It worked out perfectly for us. We would DEFINITELY do it again.

Communication with the host was clear and often. Check-in was straight forward. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked. It was a wonderful stay!!

Property was a great location. Condition of the property not so great. Outdoor furniture pretty dirty.. musky smell with carpet interior. Very close to the beach, which was nice just a couple of minutes away from shopping and grocery and dining excellent..
