Would recommend and we would stay again! Walking distance to pier with view of ocean from Balcony. Enjoyed coffee every morning from balcony with beautiful Sunsets from balcony also. Walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream, pizza and dining on the pier. Breakfast was really good on the Pier. Loved watching the surfers at the pier and T street. House was clean and kitchen fully stocked.

This property offers just what you need for your stay in San Clemente. The location is exceptional: the first in a line of condos just off of the main strip next to the pier. You could easily Uber from SNA and plant yourself at this home as everything you need for a beach vacation was within walking distance. The property manager communicated clearly and was responsive. I stayed many times in this rental years ago so I thought that I knew what to expect but I found that it has since had the bathrooms re-done, a new range in the kitchen, a 4K tv and new futons upstairs. We were very comfortable and to the best of my experience, it is the best priced 3 BR so close to the pier.

We wanted something close to the beach and we got it! It’s about a 3 minute downhill walk to the beach! As far as the property, the kitchen and living room areas were great! The bedrooms are a little small, but served their purpose. We enjoyed drinking coffee and tea on the balcony where you can see parts of the ocean. There was a “handbook” that detailed local grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment etc. it was very helpful!

Wonderful place to stay. I can’t give this place enough thumbs up. Close to the beach and downtown. Perfectly located for adventures to San Diego or traveling North. The house was perfect for accommodating 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you wanted to make. Plenty of towels and many for the beach. Bathrooms were very clean. My family of four had a wonderful time staying here. The place would have easily accommodated a larger group than ours, but the extra space made for a super comfortable stay. Proximity was great to many activities and restaurants. The home was stocked with several super helpful essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. My wife and I grew up in Southern California, so staying a short walk from famous T-Street Beach in San Clemente was just the nostalgia we needed for our six kids. The property is immaculate and just underwent a year long renovation. There was ample space for our eight person family and three bathrooms. The garage had a fully functioning, full-size washer and dryer, fishing poles, and beach chairs. There were even beach towels rolled and staged in a bag in the linen closet for easy pick up and go to the beach. The restrooms were clean, white and immaculate. This property is ten minutes from Mission Mall and great shopping, a five minute walk to the sand, and access to great local restaurants, boutique and outlet shopping, electric bike rentals, and numerous other beach locations like San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and Laguna Beach. We look forward to our next trip to this fantastic location!!!

Property manager and property owner went beyond expectation to make our stay most enjoyable They were very helpful with specifics of the property. the property was great as there’s a full kitchen The deck actually had a view of the ocean. Which may I conclude my recommendation by saying it is the best. It is a short walk to the water and the pier and eating establishments it is actually halfway to the adorable small town and halfway to the beach

The location is perfect for those wanting to go to the beach and walk to downtown SC. I would have given it 5 stars but the condo needs a little basic TLC (master shower needs new showerhead and drain, ceiling fans in a few rooms were noisy and wobbly but worked well, one towel rod was loose). Kitchen was generally well appointed but missing some basics such as wine glasses and basic kitchen items such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap. Overall the house was clean and beds were generally nice and comfortable. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was amazing that it was close to everything, and the trolley is free to use. The only thing we didn’t realize was where the directions were for garbage/recycle, as there was no note upon our arrival, and note that if you have more than one car you will need to have access to both sets of keys in order to move them around if using both frequently. Otherwise we had a great stay and hope to stay here or in this area again next year!

I stayed here with my adult children. The living space was very good for us - very roomy with plenty of sitting places in the living room and dining room. Great views from the balcony The best part was it's quick and easy access to the beach! Also, a quick walk to downtown and shopping.
