Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, this home is perfect for groups looking to spend time together. Store your vacation libations in the designated wine fridge. The outdoor kitchen features a built-in grill and minifridge for side dishes and condiments. The private pool and hot tub covered completely by a lanai, so you can enjoy a swim whenever the mood strikes. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then come inside and settle in at one of the multiple sitting areas. A desk workspace is all set up for guests who have remote work to complete. The main bedroom features a stone shower, as well as a separate soaking tub for relaxing after a day or adventure. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed in Marco’s island for 3 night with family and the house was great. It has great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We loved being able to sit on a dock and enjoy! House is not super new but it also reflected that in the price.

Overall, I’d use the word, “fine.” Positives first, plenty of room for the family to spread out, sleeping rooms were great and overall, we enjoyed our stay. When we had issues, the property manager was fantastic. After having to navigate the call center, via text, to get a call from Myles was fantastic and we had a great conversation. Property was decently stocked with supplies to begin the stay.
Opportunities: I don’t believe the guests before us took very good care of the property. There were clearly dirty dishes that had been put away (took photos of each occurrence). Food left on bowls, ice cream scoop was caked in chocolate and stuck to the drawer liner, etc. Would believe the cleaning crews aren’t verifying cleanliness of stores dishes. However, we found a black/brown stain on the door to the garage, long black hairs on clean towels/wash clothes. Heat to the pool/hot tub wasn’t working but was corrected quickly. Freezer door was damaged but again, had a maintenance guy out the next day. While wasn’t totally solved, they cared enough to send someone out to try to correct it.
Overall, it was “fine” and adequate. We enjoyed our stay, Myles was good to deal with once we were able to get thru the call center. This is clearly a rental home (wouldn’t believe the owners stay here at all), which is why we’re on the site, just some minor correctable issues that were dealt with quickly.
