25 years of Vactions in Marco and this was one of the best! Super clean, location was perfect, the host communication was top shelf, I had a question and received a response in less than 10 minutes, very professional. Kelli and her team from Clausen Properties are great! I had 10 adults and there was plenty of room. The pool area was very spacious and absolutely spectacular!! The beach was 1 block away with access to beautiful sunsets. Shopping plaza and other activities were also close. Highly recommend this property if you enjoy great times and happiness on your vacation!!!

We had our children & spouses for an enjoyable time. Everyone loved the beautiful pool and the hot tub was excellent. So close to the public beach and walkable to many excellent places to eat. We actually were outside most of the time. Table and chairs outside got lots of use. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. There were plenty of beach chairs and wagon..lots of items. We just mostly enjoyed walking to the beach. Would love to stay here again. Thank you.

The house was perfectly clean, safe and plenty of basics were available.

Great location. A lot of space. Kids loved the pool.
The rest left a lot to be desired. Shower broken in ADU. (They fixed after the weekend) Water heater leaked in closet all over. (Not fixed as we left) Very minimal towels for use. Interactions with Clausen staff was hit or miss, at moments helpful and at others rude and short with us.
Additionally they are building another house next door, concrete saw running for 3 days, dusting floating over the pool area on and off during that time. Currently foundation work is done but now framing begins. I wish the best to the next renters for the next couple of months. Additionally another property in the back yard is also being prepped for building…constant pounding for some reason, during several days. Maybe pilings for foundation work?
Would I stay there again. Possibly, due to its location and size…but with a lot lower of expectations on service and amenities. Maybe they know your coming for the first two so they can provide less of the other two?
