Spectacular modern, luxury four bedroom/2.5 bath waterfront pool home. This home was custom-built in 2015 with an open floor plan. As soon as you step in, you will be greeted with a view of the open pool and canal. Polished concrete floors captivate you as you enter and walk through. Cook your meals in the beautiful, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, high-end custom appliances, and quartz countertops, and eat indoors at the large dining room table or enjoy a fresh catch on the ...grill and dine al fresco. The main bedroom features a king bed, a large en suite main bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second guest bedroom features queen-sized bunk beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom leading into the 3rd guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The boat lift is not available for use. Prior authorization is required to tie up to the dock.

The home is just beautiful. We had everything we needed. Location and sun exposure is perfect. When it’s a little cool outside the location keeps the pool area warm and protected. Loved this home so much we booked for next year too
