Bring your horses, or ATV's, there's plenty of open space in the additional 5 acres (10 acres in total) in the adjacent property for your use as well.
Step outside to the backyard and discover your own private oasis featuring an amazing rock pool and spa, complete with a waterfall grotto and waterslide, perfect for endless hours of fun and relaxation. Challenge your friends to a game of volleyball, or horseshoes on the dedicated courts, or soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs surrounding the pool/spa area. Gather with loved ones in the spacious outdoor living areas, including the large outdoor family style table, and three outdoor fire pit locations where you can relax with family.
Inside the home you will find a game room complete with a pool table, 4 arcade games and a large flat screen TV to enjoy the big game/March Madness/World Series or any of your favorite sporting events.
