Ocean Front Beauty right above Best Beach in Mission Beach, San Diego!

Definitely a gem - Right across from the beach which allowed our family to go back and forth and made our beach trip so much more comfortable. Property was bigger than photo’s may show

The property is a second level. Photo’s show a patio however, once booked they send documents that state you’re not allowed to use the patio downstairs. You’re only allowed to use a tiny two seater bench between the two downstairs patios and only 3 people are allowed on it at a time - no table use so we didn’t get to just sit and watch the waves from the comfort of the property - the bench is super tiny and it’s also right below a water hose people use to rinse their sand off so it was wet

The location was fantastic! However, there is only air conditioning in one bedroom. The listing says it’s a whole house with AC. The kitchen was well stocked. There is only one parking spot however they did manage to get us a parking spot in the neighboring garage for a nominal fee.

The entire condo is filled with mismatched furniture, sheets, towels, etc. the end tables and dining table with glass had rusted legs and every time you want to use the dining room table the glass top almost flipped off its legs. The stove was filthy. The whole place needed a serious cleaning. The blinds were dusty and dirty, and nasty signs were duct taped on the wall in the bathroom in the hallway, the portable AC in the master bedroom was a duct tape to the wall and around and around one of the bed post there was just caked on filth and dust on the fans. The location was great but I would Not stay there again in the condition it is in now.
