Spectacular 4 bed 3 bath condo with breathtaking views of Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 2,075sf home! Located at the southern tip of Mission Beach overlooking the water, this unique curved floor plan has floor to ceiling glass walls to capitalize on the incredible view. Large, open kitchen and living room, a balcony with views off each bedroom, 2 car parking in gated garage with free parking nearby (see photo of parking map), plenty of storage for beach toys and an outdoor hose to rinse off sandy feet after long days on the beach! We have a security camera outside facing the front entryway in front of the front door for security purposes.
The location of this property is uniquely situated near sandy Pacific Ocean beach, and beautiful Mission Bay with calm waters. There is a large grass area and playground for children on the bayside. Basketball and volleyball courts set up on the sand on the beach side. Everything is walking distance and easily accessible!
Just a ten minute walk and you're at the center of Mission Beach, an iconic area in San Diego. There are tons of shops, places to rent bicycles and water sports, bars, and restaurants. There is also Belmont Amusement Park, with its classic roller coaster and other rides, arcades, bumper cars, laser tag, miniature golf and more!
The area surrounding the unit is a biker's paradise with miles of paved walk and bike lanes along the ocean or inland Mission Bay. If you prefer water sports, the bayside is ideal for sailing, wind surfing, paddle boating, and jet skiing in its calm waters.
Pets must be approved ahead of time, and guests must pay $100 pet fee. All approved pets must be on flea protection medication.

The location is great and the views are amazing. It’s in easy walking of small restaurants and takeout places. The condo is very spacious. We were a family of 6 adults, a toddler and baby, plenty of rooms to spread out. Three bathrooms was definitely a plus. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but things like foil and plastic wrap would have come in handy. Also would have liked a Keurig. Parking was inside a gated garage with two remotes to use during your stay and two assigned parking stalls. It’s a little tricky finding the garage gate the first time but made a turn around then found it. It can get a little noisy in the bedrooms with cars driving by at certain times but not all the time.Our hostess , Mekala kept in touch with us throughout our booking and check in process.

The panoramic view of Mission Bay is beyond beautiful, the home is very nice, modern and clean. One of the bedroom has an overwhelming smell of dog(s) the second bedroom has that same smell but it’s minimal. Had a little bit of trouble with communication of the code to access the home but the direct point of contact responded quickly. The only suggestion I’d recommend; have foil available if possible. Overall the walking distance to the beach, Belmont Park, convenient store and restaurants with the beach front view was amazing!! I have a family of six and this home was very accommodating!! Last consideration when booking; it gets a little warm during the day, they definitely have made accommodation for this! I’m from Phoenix Arizona so I know hot!
