SUMMARY

This remodeled 3br+3.5ba beach townhome features 2 levels of ocean frontage situated on the 2nd & 3rd levels of the building (ground level patio reserved for other townhome ONLY). Other highlights include convenient ensuite bath & TV for every bedroom, beach views from the entire main living area, BBQ, UNLIMITED beach gear rentals at no extra fee, outdoor seating, tandem garage parking space, A/C, washer/dryer, & up to 2 dogs onsite. Maximum occupancy 11 (8 adults max). *Note: Exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices are on the premises.
2nd/MAIN LEVEL (main living area + deck + 2br + 2.5ba)
A set of stairs leads to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted by a bright & spacious open floorplan main living area with a line of windows that look out to a white sandy beach & endless blue water ocean views. The living room includes an all new SMART TV (with cable), plush sofa bed, modern accent chairs, & perfectly is situated adjacent to a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your very own ocean front deck with lounge & dining seating – one of the largest ocean front decks in Mission Beach! Adjacent to the living room is a dining area & fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with beautiful quartz counters & top of the line stainless steel appliances.
Off the hallway are 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath (shower) & SMART TV! Br#1 is “barn door” room, with a set of super cool barn doors that open to take advantage of ocean views from your Cal King bed. Br#2 is our “paradise” room & a great space for kids, complete with a Full sized bunk bed & additional separate twin bed.
Rounding out the 2nd level is a convenient half bath & side x side washer & dryer.

Anticipation sets in as you enter the top level penthouse master suite. • Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It fit our family of 5 very nicely. The bedrooms are very roomy and each of them having their own bathroom was a bonus. Can't beat the location or view!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the listing described. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.We brought our two small dogs with us, and they absolutely loved it! The property was very pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.One of our favorite features was the beautiful, balcony. We loved sitting outside early each morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the ocean breeze and people-watching. It was the perfect way to start each day.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this Vrbo again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

NO BEACH ACCESS!!! I was only willing to spend the money on this property because I was under the impression being on the beach it would come WITH beach access. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Instead, you have to walk up and downstairs to access the property, go out a side gate, and walk down an alley to then enter a public beach access sidewalk. Only the rental downstairs is permitted to access the beach from the patio. Also, the hose spicket is locked, so you're unable to wash your feet after walking the distance. The home itself was nice but without beach access it was a total waste of money. Another issue encountered was this home is not really an automatic booking as they advertise. I received an email from the property management company 8 hours after I received a confirmation from VRBO stating I had to go through a vetting process before I was truly confirmed. This was quite stressful as the timeclock was ticking and I was losing other potential rentals if this home did not work out.The home is extremely overpriced. If there was beach access my review would be completely different. I feel they intentionally don't mention that so that they don't lose bookings. I was so disappointed having 3 young children and not being able to come and go safely from the beach to our expensive rental. There are so many other options out there. Do your research, because I sure wish I had. Noise from other renters in the home is insane & loud on stairs etc.
