Cozy villa with private pool and jacuzzi was super relaxing!

The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. Ginny and Lauren were helpful with recommendations prior to our stay. Location was great and central to everything. We loved having our private hot tub and pool in addition to a central area pool. There is also large living spaces and a small garden in the front and backyard.

Even though it is a little dated, everything is in great working order. It seems to hold up to the mid-century era. I loved the wallpaper and decor so much! Don't ever change it.

Glad we chose Sundance Villas for our vacation.

Our own private space including a private garage for parking was great. Liked not having to shlepp bags and groceries through a lobby and into an elevator. Everything was as promised. When we visit the palm spring area I would love to come back and stay here.

I had nothing to not like, Everything from the welcome basket and treats to the fireplaces, jacuzzi and pools were spot on. Very comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and showers. Full kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware, all appliances in great shape and clean.

Private and Quiet – The Perfect Recharge!

* The receptionist was communicative and friendly by text before and during arrival, and upon checkout. * The villa was beautiful, comfy, and spacious! The private pool and spa are the best! * Every amenity was available, I cooked several meals, nothing was lacking. The villa, courtyard, and pool are all very private. I never heard a neighbor. * My goal was to have a super-private and quiet stay where I would never have to leave the villa... it met all of my expectations in that regard.

* The spa never really got up to temperature, it would have been nice to have the spa prepped at temp before our arrival.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with this prooerty.

The property's kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook. They provided plenty of towels, soap, kitchen soap, paper towels and kleenex so we did not have to purchase those items. It is very conveniently located to downtown palm springs. The instruction book left for us was very helpful. It was great to have our own garage too.

We did not realize North Palm Springs gets so much wind during March. But that did not deter us from using the pool, spa and tennis court.

Will definitely stay here again!

Everything you might need was available - also they provided many treats and extras. Great water pressure, beautiful pool area, nice yard for a small dog. Quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Also, they didn't expect you to become a house keeper when leaving the property -- I am really tired of renting homes and then being expected to do laundry, clean the kitchen, run the dishwasher, etc.... Their check-out requests were reasonable and simple.

Bath robes would have been nice.

The Villa was great for our family of 4. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub every day. We ate dinner outside in patio. So many options for outdoor seating. The Villa is perfectly located in close proximity to the Aerial Tram, downtown Palm Springs, and a short 40 min drive to Joshua Tree national Park.

The only challenge we had was on our last night, we tried watching Netflix but couldn't access the app because all the devices were in use.

Lovely, spacious, clean, great value.

The villa was spacious and had all the mod cons one could desire. Everything was clean and they provided some nice little touches (a bottle of wine, a bunt cake), which were very sweet. It was quiet and the communal pool and tennis court were extra fun.

It would have been nice to be able to play music (before 10pm) outside while enjoying the private pool.

Location with stunning views of the mountain range was beautiful. Villa La Monde is on a quiet residential road and filled with flowers and shrubs … so pretty. Typical Palm Springs style home with a retro feel but up to date facilities. The generous fruits, coffee, wines, seltzers were very welcoming after a long journey and blueberry coffee cake for breakfast was scrumptious! The photos reflect this property accurately. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms while not completely updated function very well. Lots of bath towels and supplies. Every type of gadget and tool was available in the kitchen and lovely glassware at the cocktail bar. The sofa and living room furnishings were soft and cosy and we loved the TV and warm glow of the fireplace. La Monde had everything we needed but also short drive to toes, restaurants and the Vintage Store. Close to downtown Palm Springs and lots of places to hike. Stunning sunsets over the ridges… breathtaking scenery.

The fireplace key is not obviously described in the book but there is a concealed cubby cut into the wood plinth of the fireplace molding which hides access. It was easy once we made that not so obvious discovery. The only other thing that we could not get working was the resistance jets for our own swimming pool which really did not matter to us.

I've stayed here a few times and will continue coming back. The villas are spacious, clean and comfortable. Love the private pools and spas. The welcome baskets and drinks in the fridge are a nice touch from a friendly staff.
