The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property, no outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or holes, tape (except painter`s tape) on walls. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of the reservation with no refunds

Great host, all the amenities you need, great location, pool and hot tub! The beds are all comfy and you have every kitchen utensil you need, good quality items!

The house was perfect for an 80th birthday celebration. It was very clean and well appointed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and made wonderful memories.
