Beautiful set of villas in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of the Art Museum

The Villas had a great breakfast spread with a large assortment of fruit, yoghurt, granola, hard boiled eggs etc. The entry process was easy with the gate code and door code supplied via a text and email. The property was very responsive and made our anniversary very special with great restaurant recommendations and an arrangement of roses for my wife.

This boutique hotel is a perfect oasis for Palm Springs relaxation

Friendly staff every day. They went the extra mile to make sure you enjoyed the experience. This boutique hotel is a treat. Everything was clean and perfect. They attended to all possible details. We spend 4 days here and after a few days it felt like being part of one big family.

It was walking distance to everything the staff on the property, especially Ross. The ladies that set up the breakfast every morning and made the best cappuccino. The breakfast options was really nice and good.

THE oasis in Palm Springs.

This place is magic ! Intimate, aesthetic and so warm. Ross and ALL the staff were amazing, they were so willing to please, which was so very appreciated. We met so many wonderful people around the pool too…

Quite simply the best hotel experience ever. Location, atmosphere, value for money, staff all first class.

The property is everything you would expect from the excellent reviews. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but a stones throw from the shops and restaurants. Our room was fabulous with everything one might need. Staying here was by far the best experience of our amazing California vacation. We really didn't want to leave and would have swapped our 3 days in Vegas for extending at the Lucille. Alfredo and the staff are exceptional and make you feel so at home. Complimentary cocktails in the afternoon and Pizza. Our stay was made even more memorable due to the other guest staying at the hotel who equally enjoyed their own experience. If there is availability for your dates do yourselves a favour and just book it. You won't be disappointed. Many fellow guests we spoke to had visited previously and were back for the third and fourth time. We will be back soon also. Breakfast is also fantastic. Nothing not to love about this hotel, its staff and location. The biggest compliment I can pay is it felt like home away from home.

Aesthetics beautiful, staff hospitable & accommodating, comfortable room and calm/cozy environment. A gem walkable to stores/eateries near downtown. Beyond my expectations! First step into the front gate and feels like a tropical oasis!

The place in Palm Springs

Great place, very special and cute, very nice experience. We went in August - it was very hot. If you go to Palm Springs I recommend you stay here. The host Alfredo is extremely nice and friendly and gives recommendations on the area. On the night of arrival he made us a grapefruit cocktail as he wanted us to taste something special.

The sitcom is a bit noisy

Everything was above and behind our expectations. This is a true paradise and one of the most beautiful accommodation we have ever been to. Really nice and caring staff and also very good breakfast. One suggestion: don’t hesitate to book at least one night here, you won’t regret it!

We had the perfect stay at Lucille Palm Springs! I would rate this hotel as one of my all time favorite locations along

The property was absolutely stunning! It has such an intimate and private feeling even though it is a small property. It’s nestled into a residential area in very easy walking distance of the main streets and several delicious restaurants. The bungalow we stayed in was so comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool area is perfect with a misting system to cool down the area, plenty of drinks to stay hydrated, and floats to use in the pool. The grounds are so perfectly maintained - a little oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The gardens and plantings around the property provide a lush feeling that enhance the architecture and ambiance of the property. They make such amazing use out of every little part of this small property to ensure all guests have a perfect balance and privacy and ability to enjoy the communal area. Finally, the staff is absolutely amazing! Alfredo, Ross, and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay was perfect! They had wonderful dining recommendations and were so attentive while respecting their guests’ space. We had such a lovely time chatting with them and took several of their recommendations. We hope to be back for another stay soon!

The Lucille was truly a wonderful hotel and the perfect getaway for my wife and I. Close enough to downtown to walk around, but just far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Ross and Alfredo made us feel very welcome and we cannot wait to go back.

A Garden of Eden in Palm Springs

A Garden of Eden in Palm Springs. Great location for hiking, biking and within small distance of PSP airport (10min drive), downtown (10min walk) and restaurants. Great hosts and staff, Alfredo for his grapefruit and lemon cocktails and Ross for his homemade banana bread. Thank you both, we enjoyed the calm and quietness !

A secluded getaway in the heart of Palm Springs

From the serene view of the mountain while sitting by the pool, to the comfy beds, and delicious breakfast, every detail was perfection! The location also can’t be beat, as it’s just a few minutes walk from the good shopping and restaurants. So glad I found this hotel!

Everything... The charm, the history, the location. The space in Villa 8 was wonderful, with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and very spacious bedroom. There are 2 outside patio areas. Love it, as you look at the views of the mountains and pool.

We were so enamoured with the ambiance we can’t wait to come back again.

It truly felt like we were on a vacation in Europe. The secluded outdoor tub in the patio with lights was so enchanting. Took an actual bubble bath under the stars it was amazing!

I didn’t like the mosquitoes. I did not use any repellent and I got bit all over the place. Mosquito repellent and sunscreen was there for use in the pool area but I didn’t realize it until after the fact that I had gotten bit.

the spa tub on the outside patio jets didn’t work so I was bummed out 🙁 also no spa in the pool area but overall great place and villa #1 very well maintained and clean , and private but need to look into better beds 😀 was very very noisy

I stayed here before the pool was not heated this time but I think it was due to the boiler being out. But was in progress of getting fixed.
