Townhouse in Beaussais-sur-Mer (new name of Ploubalay!).
Close to the beaches of shops, and sites: Lancieux Dinard, St Briac, Saint Lunaire
The house has a garden of 600m ² with a terrace of 35m ² and a JACUZZI (inflatable and heated) !!!!
It has 3 bedrooms, a living room of 24m ², opened on the kitchen of 9m ², 1 SDB.
Housing :
Ground floor: living room with 1 sofa, 1 dining area and equipped kitchen,
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds 1 childrens bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.
THE GARDEN: 600m² with a terrace, BBQ and dining area and a JACUZZI !!!!
We accept that the children go in the Jacuzzi but they remain under your responsibility and especially not to jump in ...
The area: the house is in the heart of ploubalay Beaussais on sea in peace
Transport: LANCIEUX is at 1 km and these beaches are at 2,5 km it is quite easy to park
POSSIBILITY TO REMOVE THE PACKAGE HOUSEHOLD AND DRAPS FOR 80 EUROS (ask for the reservation)
A deposit of 250 euros will be asked upon arrival. It will be given back to you the day of your departure.
