Villa facing the sea, beautiful sunset guaranteed, with two terraces and a garden to enjoy the aperitif of the evening ... no need for a car, the villa is close to shops and SPA 5 stars. A superb golf course awaits you on the heights of the resort with breathtaking views of the sea. You will appreciate this villa for its beautiful kitchen, its private garden, its luminosity and its comfort. This villa is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The villa is close to the sailing school, clay tennis courts, Mickey Club and organized sports activities for young children and teenagers. For older children, the casino and cinema are 50 meters from the villa.
A free shuttle is set up during the summer period between the port of Dahouët, Val-André and Pléneuf. The Ti Bus brings you to the Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc stations. The bus stops are all a two-minute walk from the villa (transport fee).
