About this house rental
The House of Friendship and Family
Our house is ideally located, under the Chapel of the Sailors which dominates the bay of Erquy.
- 5 minutes walk from the center, its shops and its large Saturday market,
- 10 minutes walk from the beach in the center and the port
- 15 minutes walk from the large beach of Caroual.
- Wild beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais 10 minutes by car + 10 minutes on foot
- 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Le Guen and Saint-Michel
- 4 minutes by car to the two supermarkets (Super U / Lidl).
For golfers, the location is ideal for playing in Pléneuf Val-André, Les Sables d'Or or Saint-Cast.
This house is our second home, you will be "at home" there. You will be able to use all the facilities at your disposal.
On three levels, our house offers space and comfort to accommodate up to 14 people.
- 5 double bedrooms including a master suite
- A dormitory room with 4 beds
- The large south-facing dining room which opens onto the balcony and a large terrace with table, chairs and large parasol.
- A charcoal barbecue.
- The lounge for aperitifs and sunsets, games or reading.
- The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and pink granite worktops.
- The two bathrooms and a shower cubicle on the first floor for beach returns.
- The cellar with beach games and accessories and sports equipment
- A 2nd large refrigerator in the cellar and other kitchen accessories.
- The garage to park a car, bicycles... + large freezer.
- Indoor parking behind the electric gate.
- Free parking on the street.
- Large garden of 500m2 with trees and maintained
You will also find, on arrival, a folder with all the information about the house and as much information as possible about local activities.
