Large recent house (construction completed March 2024!) with beautiful spaces with sea view, ideal for a successful vacation, especially in February and weekends with family or friends. A large living room with open kitchen of 60 square meters opening onto a terrace of 60 square meters with a lovely sea view and a castle. 5 beautiful bedrooms (2 double beds of 160 and 3 double beds of 140). You will be 30 meters from the large and beautiful sandy beach of Rosaires. Beautiful walks from the house, a huge beach for the family and water sports. A garden and a large courtyard will be at your disposal with a weight bench, a ping-pong table, barbecue, trampoline, table football. You will have very easy access to the RN12 motorway to visit the magnificent region of the Côtes d'Armor: the island of Bréhat, the pink granite coast, the medieval city of Dinan...
