About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Lamballe-Armor, this charming typical house located in the village of Planguenoual, with Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 165 m², and accommodating up to 12 guests. It consists of a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cooking hobs...
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
- A small garage with a second refrigerator, also convenient for storing your bikes.
First floor:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- A small bedroom fully equipped for a baby: changing table, travel cot (mattress not provided), baby bath, and high chair also available. (The single bed in this room is not used as a sleeping arrangement.)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A loggia with a relaxation area and a second dining area (accessible from the kitchen on the ground floor)
Second floor:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a washbasin
- One bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds
For even more comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board, and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
