We had a wonderful time at Marsh View. It's in walking distance to Harbour Town (about 1/2 mile). The home is nicely appointed and furnished although an older home with many different floorings and fixtures. The photos represent it well. The home was clean as well as the pool. The pool was heated to just the right temperature with the surrounding area private and relaxing. It was so nice we did not feel the need to leave the backyard. There was just me and my husband but this home has plenty of room for a larger group or family with many sitting areas and bedrooms. We enjoyed having a full marsh view as we had not experienced that before. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay at this home or another of the properties they represent.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Harbour Town Marina – Marsh View. The home was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and everything was exactly as described. Linda and Jay were outstanding hosts throughout the entire process — very attentive, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring about our experience.
My family and I had an unforgettable weekend. The weather was perfect, the location was peaceful and beautiful, and the property made our trip even more special. Everything was organized, comfortable, and truly felt like a premium vacation experience.
We highly recommend this property and management company 100%. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire stay seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you again for such an incredible and memorable vacation experience.

The house is beautiful, very clean and in a great location just a few minute walk to Harbor Town marina. Hosts were super responsive and very informative. Highly recommend this house for a great time in Hilton Head!

Had a great Thanksgiving week with our family. This property is
MORE than advertised - we've rented many houses over the years, but this one felt like a HOME (in all the right ways). The location was perfect for biking/walking to Harbour Town and the rest of the island. There are several spaces to gather — play games — have a movie night — or just “chill”. The view from the back deck was stunning and we really enjoyed the pool (even in November!). Great communication, and support, with the Beachside team before and during our stay. Wish there were 6 stars — we'd give them!!
