The property was lovely but could use a good cleaning (and some repairs). That said it was well-equipped and the pool and view onto the golf course were amazing (after the very dirty pool was cleaned post-checkin - and I had to send pics of the dirt and mulch in the pool to the management company to convince them, which was annoying). The management company’s WiFi did not work per the instructions but we found the router and the WiFi info that way. Overall very good otherwise.

The property is very convenient to all the Sea Pines amenities and my family had an excellent time. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved being able to sit in the shade and bug free screened porch while we watched them. The house has lots of space. With grand parents, my wife and I and our 3 young kids (in the bunkroom), there was still 1 bedroom to spare!
