SEA PINES, RECENTLY UPDATED, PRIVATE POOL, GAME ROOM FOR ADULTS AND KIDS

Welcome to Paradise in the Pines of HHI! Located on a beautiful street in Sea Pines on the 6th fairway of Heron Point Golf Course. Just a short bike ride to Harbour Town or the Beach. Or stay in Paradise and enjoy all the amenities of your vacation home. For Jan, Feb, and/or March, contact us for special price for longer stays 2 weeks or more. Contact us for quotes for extended stays. We are pet friendly (max 2 dogs) but please let us know in advance and there is a pet fee to cover additional cleaning.

Recent updates: New laundry room with 2 sets of top of the line GE W&D and a half bath, kitchen remodel, 10 new sliding glass doors, HW floors, polished travertine, tankless hot water heaters, new HVAC in upstairs rooms, new pool table, new furniture, paint, new electronics, etc.

Highlights: Walking through the front door, you're instantly greeted with natural light coming through the wall of windows leading to the pool area. This multi-story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, has gone through a recent renovation that was professionally designed by a local interior designer. There are 10 sliding glass doors providing gorgeous golf course views and access to the many patios and the screened-in pool makes this is a vacationer's dream. Outside, there are multiple decks, lots of shade and a large flat backyard for playing with the kids. Inside there are 4 King Suites with upgraded bathrooms, a separate loft for the kids, three entertaining areas for adults and kids, and 2 wood burning fireplaces. There are 8 HD TVs all with Roku, Sonos speakers (10+) in all the living areas and the pool deck, an Orbi mesh wifi network and a house ipad to control the audio. We have additional have amenities (pak-n-play and high chair) for families traveling with small children.

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms are themed. The Heron bedroom has a king bed, 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The private, recently remodeled master bath, features a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity.
Next to this bedroom is the Sea Turtle suite with a king bed, 43" flat screen TV and a DVD player. This room has a renovated bath with a walk-in shower.

The 2 remaining Suites are the Sea Horse and Octopus. These are accessed through a staircase in the 1st living area. Each suite has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and a private, updated bathroom with either a walk-in shower or shower/tub combo.
Up the last flights of stairs, you'll find the Whales and Mermaids loft area, which features 2 twin beds, a twin/twin bunk bed and a Queen bed. There is a 40" flat screen TV and Bluray player.
The summary of beds is K,K,K,K, 4T, Q plus a sleeper sofa.

Living areas
There are three Living areas. The Den is the adult game room. There is a 65" flat screen, Blu-Ray player, wet bar and a new pool table. This living room is open to the kitchen, making it the perfect space for entertaining. There is a private deck off the Den. Just beyond the kitchen is the Living Room and dining area which also features a 65" flat screen TV and a Blu-Ray player. Both of these living areas have access to patios on both sides of the house. There is another living area on the mezzanine which is the kids gaming area. There is 50" TV with Xbox One and PS4. There is also a standup arcade with the classic arcade games.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is updated to be modern with all Stainless appliances. The wall oven and microwave combo are brand new. There are plenty of plates and utensils for everyone in your group. We even have kids plates and cups as we have younger kids ourselves.

The pool can be heated in the cooler months (additional fees apply)**.

Sea Pines is a wonderful community with 3 golf courses, tennis, beaches, bike/walk paths and Harbour Town. We are located very close to the biking path and its just a short ride anywhere in Sea Pines. There are shops close by at The Shops at Sea Pines Center. Lawton Stables is just around the corner from our house. There is a Trolley running in Sea Pines during the Summer months. There is an entry fee into Sea Pines so you will need to purchase a pass upon entry at the gate. The fee is $9 per day or $22 per week for rental guests and it's cash only.

Covid-19 Update: Our cleaning crew is aware of the CDC guidelines and has incorporated changes to their cleaning practices to complete the extra steps and cleaning involved to maintain safety precautions recommended by the CDC. Cleaners will be using an antibacterial cleaner on light receptacles face plates, door knobs, cabinet knobs, refrigerator handles, and any other surfaces that are frequently touched by guests. They will also be using extra antibacterial solution for linens and towels, floors, and fabric safe antibacterial spray for sofas, etc... We also ask that guests help maintain the protocol above by wiping down counters and frequently touched surfaces with antibacterial wipes or antibacterial spray during their stay. It's a combined effort to provide a safe stay for everyone. We have antibacterial cleaners under the kitchen sink and Lysol antibacterial spray in the laundry room for your use if needed.

** Pool heat is $125 per day. Please note: Heating must be arranged at least one week prior to arrival. There will be an additional $50 administrative fee after this period. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating pools/hot tubs, we will refund the unused portion of the heating charge, but no adjustment will be made to rental rate. All settings for the pool, including temperature, are to be made by the rental company . During rare times of low temperature (below 50 degrees) and/or high winds, pools may not be able to reach the pre-set temperature.
