Be one of the first guests to stay in this stunning home that was completely renovated in 2024! With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms – 140 North Sea Pines Drive can host a group of up to 16 guests. You'll have your toes in the sand in no time by taking a quick walk/bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
A nice perk is this is dog friendly home allowing two small dogs maximum per reservation and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm your dog.

• Bedroom 2: Two Sets of Pyramid Bunk Beds – queen on bottom, twin on top (1st Floor, 55” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)
• Bedroom 3: King (Master #2, Mid-Level, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)
• Bedroom 4: King (2nd Floor, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)
• Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds (2nd Floor, 55” Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)
**Additional Information**
• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.
• Private Pool/Spa Info: This brand new pool and spa were completed in 2024 and is 24' by 12' with a depth of 3.5-5.5'. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

Ideal vacation spot for our entire family of 15 ages 3 to 76! The house is actually larger than the pictures represent. The large common area was very comfortable for all and the bedrooms with attached baths were very comfortable and roomy! The kitchen was well equipped with a large island for prep and seating. The pool is also larger than it appears in pictures and was a hit with the entire group! The beach club was a short walk or bike ride with plenty of room for setting up space and life guards on duty. We spent time in Sea Pines and other communities on the island. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Could not have asked for more support! We ordered beach chairs and a bike wagon with our complementary gear coupon and ordered two additional bikes which all enjoyed. Will not hesitate to book again! The property and accommodations were key to our wonderful vacation!

Loved the house, it’s been completely renovated. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the kitchen and living room area, great for a big family. You have water around you so my son who loves to fish was in heaven everyday. Sea pines beach club is 1/2 mile from the house, a quick 3/4 minute bike ride. Rental company was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay.
